Amananulam sanogoi
Taxonomy
Amananulam sanogoi was named by McCartney et al. (2018). Its type specimen is CNRST-SUNY 462, a set of vertebrae (mid-trunk vertebra), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gao Trench, which is in a Paleocene/Paleocene marginal marine conglomerate in the Teberemt Formation of Mali. It is the type species of Amananulam.
