Taxonomy
Gephyrosaurus evansae was named by Whiteside and Duffin (2017). It is not extant. Its type specimen is BATGM CD1, a maxilla. Its type locality is Microlestes Quarry, Frome, which is in a Rhaetian fissure fill claystone/sandstone in the United Kingdom.
