Solenopora concentrica was named by Senowbari-Daryan et al. (2006). It is not extant. Its type locality is Sicakbük, Karaburun Peninsula, Izmir, which is in an Anisian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Gerence Formation of Turkey.
