Taxonomy
Isomicraster danei was named by Cooke (1953). Its type specimen is USNM 108391 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS 13506, Rocky Comfort, which is in a Campanian carbonate chalk in the Annona Chalk Formation of Arkansas.
