Bergqvistherium primigenia
Taxonomy
Bergqvistherium primigenia was named by Carneiro (2018). Its type specimen is MCT 4387-M, a tooth (Left M3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is São José de Itaborai, which is in an Eocene fissure fill marl in the Itaboraí Formation of Brazil. It is the type species of Bergqvistherium.
