Australogale leptognathus

Taxonomy
Australogale leptognathus was named by Engelman et al. (2020). Its type specimen is UATF-V-001900, a mandible (right dentary with p2-m3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Quebrada Honda, which is in a Laventan fluvial claystone/siliciclastic in Bolivia. It is the type species of Australogale.
