Taxonomy

Urobairdia angusta was named by Kollmann (1963). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Loc. 23 - Roßmoos [Halstatt Fm], which is in a Sevatian carbonate limestone in the Halstatt Formation of Austria.

It was recombined as Bairdia (Urobairdia) angusta by Forel (2017).
