Taxonomy
Duplora clara was named by Shergold (1971). Its type specimen is CPC 9777, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Gola Beds K102, which is in a Franconian/Trempealeauan marine grainstone in Australia. It is the type species of Duplora.
