Taxonomy
Siphonophora hui was named by Jiang et al. (2019). Its type specimen is IBGAS PAL 001-1, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber (IBGAS collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
