Paijenborchella mezquitalensis
Taxonomy
Paijenborchella mezquitalensis was named by Carreño and Cronin (1993). Its type specimen is IGM-314-Mi, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS 84TC51, which is in an Eocene marine sandstone in the Bateque Formation of Mexico.
