Lophocion grangeri
Taxonomy
Lophocion grangeri was named by Bai et al. (2019). Its type specimen is AMNH FM 16060, a maxilla (right maxilla with P4-M2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Head of the Big Sand Coulee, which is in a Clarkforkian terrestrial horizon in the Willwood Formation of Wyoming.
