Liza brevirostris
Taxonomy
Liza brevirostris was named by Schwarzhans et al. (2017). Its type specimen is MFM 207007, an otolith, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Shimohirano River, which is in a Rupelian marine sandstone in the Kishima Formation of Japan.
