Quasimodaspis brentsae
Taxonomy
Quasimodaspis brentsae was named by Waggoner (2003). Its type specimen is USNM 520681 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS 3487-CO, which is in a Delamaran offshore shelf shale/dolomite in the Emigrant Formation of Nevada. It is the type species of Quasimodaspis.
