Taxonomy
Cryptolucina elassodyseides was named by Saul et al. (1996). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is CSUN Loc. 1583 - Humptulips River [Humptulips Fm], which is in a Lutetian deep subtidal siltstone/sandstone in the Humptulips Formation of Washington.
It was recombined as Elongatolucina elassodyseides by Gill and Little (2013).
