Cowperesia anceps

Bivalvia - Pholadomyida - Pachydomidae

Taxonomy
Pseudocorbula anceps was named by Reed (1935). Its type specimen is SM F1201, a valve (left valve), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Rio Claro, Canoinhas, which is in a Wordian lacustrine - large limestone in the Teresina Formation of Brazil.

It was recombined as Cowperesia anceps by Mendes (1952).
