Antiquaobatis grimmenensis
Taxonomy
Antiquaobatis grimmenensis was named by Stumpf and Kriwet (2019). Its type specimen is GG 438/57, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Grimmen clay pit (GG collection, apyrenum subzone), which is in a Spinatum deltaic sandstone in Germany. It is the type species of Antiquaobatis.
