Taxonomy
Metadjidaumo woodi was named by Korth (2019). Its type specimen is UMPC 9482, a mandible (Left dentary with i1, and m1-m3), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cook Ranch, which is in an Orellan terrestrial horizon in the Sage Creek Formation of Montana.
