Joeranina platys

Taxonomy
Eucorystes platys was named by Schweitzer and Feldmann (2001). Its type specimen is USNM 512163, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Mud Creek, which is in an Albian marine conglomerate/shale in the Hudspeth Formation of Oregon.

It was recombined as Joeranina platys by van Bakel et al. (2012).
