Taxonomy
Hasaracancer merijaensis was named by Vega et al. (2011). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is NE flank of Chebka Timerchidou, which is in a Campanian carbonate marl in the Calcaires à slumps de Taghit Formation of Morocco.
