Kierionopsis nodosa
Taxonomy
Kierionopsis nodosa was named by Davidson (1966). Its type specimen is USNM 649150, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 7 miles northwest of Streetman, which is in a Selandian marine siliciclastic in the Wills Point Formation of Texas. It is the type species of Kierionopsis.
