Ranina pellattieroi
Taxonomy
Ranina pellattieroi was named by De Angeli and Beschin (2011). Its type specimen is MCZ 3392-I.G.336930, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cava di Monte Crocetta (Creazzo), which is in a Miocene carbonate limestone in Italy.
