Taxonomy
Cladophlebis wielandi was named by Jain and Delevoryas (1967). It is not extant. Its type specimen is YPM 1054. Its type locality is Minas de Petroleo (Wieland coll), which is in a Carnian lacustrine delta plain shale/claystone in the Potrerillos Formation of Argentina.
