A. Sulimski 1962Dental formula is 3/2, 1/0, 2/1, 3/3, i1 relatively short, with two lobes and a distinct cingulum. m3 lacking the entoconid. The coronoid process low, slender, with a prominent small posterior heel. The upper facet of the condyloid process oblique, narrow, its length slightly exceeding the width of the interarticular list; the lower facet wide, narrower on the buccal side, inflated and lingaully down-curved. The upper line of the lower facet medially notched. The interarticular list lingually notched, bucally straight. Mental foramen below the hypoconid of m1. Horizontal ramus high, shortened. Rostrum of skull slender, constricted and shortened. Infraorbital foramen large, above M1. I1 large, without an accessory lingual cupule (fissident). Four one-cuspids. P4 has a robust, posteriorly directed protocone. M3 small, with two, sometimes with three cusps and a reduced talon.
