Dalejophyton nemejci was named by Obrhel (1957). It is not extant. Its type locality is Daleje-Schiefer, Bohemia, Czech Republic, which is in the Eifelian/Devonian of shale the Hlubocepy limestones Formation Czechia. It is the type species of Dalejophyton.
