Taxonomy
Omma janetae was named by Kirejtshuk (2020). Its type specimen is ZIN Cuped 004, an exoskeleton, and it is an inclusion in amber. Its type locality is Burmese amber (ZIN collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
