Remopleurides epimera
Taxonomy
Remopleurides epimera was named by Tripp (1980). Its type specimen is RSM GY 1889 91 47c, an exoskeleton, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is south-western flanks of Dow Hill, 650 yards south of Glendoune Farm, Girvan, which is in a Sandbian offshore mudstone in the Balclatchie Formation of the United Kingdom.
