Taxonomy
Cedaria eurycheilos was named by Palmer (1954). Its type specimen is UT-32100, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is S-105, which is in a Guzhangian marine sandstone/sandstone in the Riley Formation of Texas.
