Pertica quadrifaria

Taxonomy
Pertica quadrifaria was named by Kasper and Andrews (1972). It is not extant. Its type locality is #2 of Trout Valley Formation (Kasper et al. 1988), which is in an Emsian/Eifelian terrestrial shale in the Trout Valley Formation of Maine. It is the type species of Pertica.
