Glypharthrus thomasi
Taxonomy
Eurypterus thomasi was named by Walther (1924). It is not extant. Its type locality is LF, which is in a Trempealeauan marine horizon in the St. Lawrence Formation of Minnesota. It is the type species of Glypharthrus.
It was recombined as Aglaspis thomasi by Walther (1925); it was recombined as Glypharthrus thomasi by Hesselbo (1992), Ortega-Hernandez et al. (2013), Lerosey-Aubril et al. (2017).
