Goniopholis gilmorei
Taxonomy
Goniopholis gilmorei was named by Holland (1905). Its type specimen is CM 1339, a partial skull, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Freezeout Mountains, near T. B. Ranch, which is in a Kimmeridgian/Tithonian terrestrial horizon in the Morrison Formation of Wyoming.
