Taxonomy
Loriculina fragila was named by Gale (2020). Its type specimen is NHMUK IC 1654, an other (scutum), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Sample SD3, Sunset Oaks Drive, Fort Worth, which is in an Albian carbonate marl in the Main Street Limestone Formation of Texas.
