Charixa vennensis
Taxonomy
Charixa vennensis was named by Lang (1915). Its type specimen is BMNH D22950 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Cowstones, Black Ven (varicosum subzone), which is in an Albian marine sandstone in the Upper Greensand Formation of the United Kingdom. It is the type species of Charixa.
