Pteroscyllium hermani
Taxonomy
Pteroscyllium hermani was named by Underwood and Ward (2008). Its type specimen is BMNH P.66395, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Winterbourne, lower horizon, which is in a Santonian carbonate chalk in the Newhaven Chalk Formation of the United Kingdom.
