Squalicorax moodyi
Taxonomy
Squalicorax moodyi was named by Guinot and Carrillo-Briceño (2018). Its type specimen is MBLUZ P-432-C, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is La Luna Quarry, which is in a Cenomanian offshore lime mudstone in the La Luna Formation of Venezuela.
