Taxonomy
Subacerites friski was named by Ware and Bucher (2018). Its type specimen is PIMUZ30510 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Amb, LMH-6, which is in a Dienerian carbonate limestone in the Ceratite Marls Formation of Pakistan. It is the type species of Subacerites.
