Nahmavis grandei
Taxonomy
Nahmavis grandei was named by Musser and Clarke (2020). Its type specimen is FMNH PA778, a partial skeleton (anterior partial skeleton), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Locality A, Sandwich Beds, which is in an Eocene lacustrine - large horizon in the Green River Formation of Wyoming. It is the type species of Nahmavis.
