Eupachydiscus teshioensis
Taxonomy
Pachydiscus teshioensis was named by Jimbo (1874). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Tsikapunnai (= Chikabunnai), a left tributary of the Abeshinai River, Saku area, which is in a Santonian/Campanian marine mudstone in the Upper Haborogawa Formation of Japan.
It was recombined as Eupachydiscus teshioensis by Matsumoto (1959).
