Squalicorax bazzii
Taxonomy
Squalicorax bazzii was named by Siversson and Cook (2018). Its type specimen is WAM 18.2.3, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Thirindine Point east, bed 4, which is in a Cenomanian/Cenomanian coastal claystone/sandstone in the Gearle Siltstone Formation of Australia.
