Kenolamna gunsoni
Taxonomy
Cretolamna gunsoni was named by Siverson (1996). Its type specimen is WAM 95.7.49, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Thirindine Point ridge (0.52 m below base of Beedagong Claystone), which is in a Cenomanian coastal claystone in the Gearle Siltstone Formation of Australia.
It was recombined as Kenolamna gunsoni by Siversson et al. (2015).
