Ngawupodius minya
Taxonomy
Ngawupodius minya was named by Boles and Ivison (1999). Its type specimen is MV P160493, a set of limb elements (complete R tarsometatarsus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is south end, Lake Pinpa, which is in an Oligocene terrestrial horizon in the Namba Formation of Australia. It is the type species of Ngawupodius.
