Maurotarion struszi
Taxonomy
Otarion (Tricornotarion) struszi was named by Chatterton (1971). Its type specimen is ANU 17841, a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a cast. Its type locality is Chatterton Loc. A, Assemblage A, top of Receptaculites Lst, near Yass, NSW, which is in an Emsian marine lime mudstone/grainstone in the Taemas Formation of Australia.
It was recombined as Maurotarion struszi by Adrain and Chatterton (1995).
