Anhinga malagurala
Taxonomy
Anhinga malagurala was named by Mackness (1995). Its type specimen is QM F23653, a limb element (carpometacarpus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Bluff Downs station, Main Quarry, which is in a Zanclean fluvial-lacustrine siliciclastic in the Allingham Formation of Australia.
