Sairocaris is a genus. It is not extant. It is the type genus of Sairocarididae.
It was assigned to Phyllocarida by Brooks et al. (1969); to Sairocarididae by Schram (1973) and Schram (1979); and to Hoplostraca by Sepkoski (2002).
