Catalanispira plattevillensis

Taxonomy
Catalanispira plattevillensis was named by Ebbestad et al. (2021). It is not extant. Its type specimen is PRI 76973. Its type locality is Dixon site 1, Catalanispira plattevillensis type locality, which is in a Sandbian open shallow subtidal lime mudstone/wackestone in the Platteville Formation of illinois. It is the type species of Catalanispira.
