Eosyngastrioceras quadratum
Taxonomy
Eosyngastrioceras quadratum was named by Titus (2000). Its type specimen is USNM 120617 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS loc. 15782-PC, Cottonwood Mountains, which is in an Arnsbergian marine limestone/siltstone in the Rest Spring Formation of California. It is the type species of Eosyngastrioceras.
