Scalaridelphys aquilana
Taxonomy
Scalaria aquilana was named by Cohen et al. (2020). Its type specimen is OMNH 29078, a tooth, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is OMNH V60, which is in a Turonian terrestrial claystone in the Straight Cliffs Formation of Utah.
It was recombined as Scalaridelphys aquilana by Cohen et al. (2021).
