Palaelophacmaea valentinei
Taxonomy
Palaelophacmaea valentinei was named by Waggoner and Collins (1995). Its type specimen is UCMP 398622 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is UCMP loc. 11406, southern Marble Mountains, which is in a Delamaran open shallow subtidal quartzite/siltstone in the Cadiz Formation of California.
