Aparchitoidea was named by Jones (1901).

It was corrected as Aparchitacea by Mohibullah et al. (2013).

It was assigned to Beyrichiina by Liebau (2005); to Leiocopina by Mohibullah et al. (2013); and to Beyrichicopina by Chitnarin (2012), Zazzali et al. (2015).
