Achaenodon robustus
Taxonomy
Achaenodon robustus was named by Osborn (1883). Its type specimen is PU 10033, a partial skull (Greater portion of the skull and the right ramus of the mandible), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Washakie B (Lower), which is in an Uintan terrestrial horizon in the Washakie Formation of Wyoming.
