Taxonomy
Himalayadrinda potwari was named by Malkani (2015). It is considered to be a form taxon. It is a trace fossil. Its type locality is Baroch Nala tracksite (middle), Malakhel, which is in a Jurassic marginal marine limestone/shale in the Samanasuk Formation of Pakistan. It is the type species of Himalayadrinda.
